Good team, very helpful and helpful specially during the day shifts. For the cost its a wonderful deal. The receptionist is great, is familiar with fantastic places to visit for tourists.

Me and my spouse stayed here for 4 days for holidays to discovering the city. New East Asia Hotel is located in an extremely central posture, it’s thoroughly clean as well as the beds are quite comfy! There is only one thing I’d suggest going forward and that’s to offer additional hotel amenities, shower gel specifically. However, I had been more than happy with this stay and would certainly suggest it to anyone trying to check out Shanghai.

Stayed for four nights with my husband. Beds were big enough and the room was normally pretty clean. The staff have been quite useful and friendly and constantly made us feel good. Rooms are big along with the closet. Bathroom was also very pretty clean and also the shower was super cool. Not a super social hotel however, maybe it was like this during our stay.
